You’re asking about how many carbs are in peanut butter? Well, in 2 tablespoons (32g) there are 5g net carbs (7g carbs – 2g fiber = 5g net carbs).

This means that peanut butter can fit into a low carb lifestyle if used in moderation. This whole recipe calls for 2 tbsp of peanut butter, so spread between several servings the carb count is minimal.

Tools needed to make this keto cheesecake dip recipe

The main thing you’ll need for this recipe is an electric mixer of some sort. I like to use a hand mixer but if you have a stand mixer that would be fine too.

If you’re like the Hulk and want to whip the cream by hand I won’t stop you, but I also won’t join you in that fun.

You’ll also need two mixing bowls, one to whip the heavy cream in and one to mix everything else in.

Tips for making this Keto Peanut Butter Cheesecake Dip

In a smaller mixing bowl, whip the cream until it is firm. Just that. Dump the cream in and whip. The sweetener will be added to a different bowl.

Whip the cream in one bowl

In your second bowl, whip the cream cheese until it is soft. You don’t want lumpy cream cheese, this is why you whip it before adding everything else.

In a separate mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese until it is smooth

Add the remainder of the ingredients and mix those in.

Add the peanut butter and monk fruit sweetener to the whipped cream cheese

Add the whipped cream to the whipped peanut butter and cream cheese mixture using the hand mixer.
