An easy roasted chicken recipe with a kick of flavor from Dijon mustard.  Easy to make with ingredients you probably have on hand.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs Chicken Thighs

Sauce for the chicken

  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic pressed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F 

For the coating

  • Mix all of the ingredients, except for the chicken
  • Dredge each chicken thigh with the coating sauce and place in an oven-safe dish.

Notes

You can use chicken thighs with or without the skin and bones. Your choice. Each will yield a different result and cooking times may vary. Simply keep an eye on the temperature to make sure it is done.
