Roasted Sweet Potato Rounds

Delicious roasted sweet potato rounds seasoned with paprika and garlic powder. Roasted til crispy and browned on both sides. This will become a standard for your sweet potatoes.

  • 1 pound sweet potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 T avocado oil
  • ½ t smoked paprika
  • ½ t garlic powder
  • Salt to taste


  • Preheat the oven to 425°F
  • Peel and slice sweet potatoes in ¼” rounds.
  • In a bowl, drizzle avocado oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt over sweet potatoes.
  • Toss to make sure each round is evenly coated.
  • Place rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicone mat.
  • Roast for 20 minutes then pull out the baking sheet and flip the sweet potato rounds. 
  • Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes or until both sides are golden-brown.
  • Enjoy!


If you don't have avocado oil, coconut oil could be substituted.
