Roasted Sweet Potato Rounds
Delicious roasted sweet potato rounds seasoned with paprika and garlic powder. Roasted til crispy and browned on both sides. This will become a standard for your sweet potatoes.

Salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 425°F
and slice sweet potatoes in ¼” rounds.
In a bowl, drizzle
, and salt over sweet potatoes.
Toss to make sure each round is evenly coated.
Place rounds on a
Roast for 20 minutes then pull out the baking sheet and flip the sweet potato rounds.
Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes or until both sides are golden-brown.
If you don't have avocado oil, coconut oil could be substituted.
