Ham and Zucchini Stir Fry
A quick ham and vegetable stir fry that will be on the table in minutes. Low carb and keto friendly.

- 2 Medium Zucchini batonnet cut
- 8 oz Ham Small 1" Slices
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ¼ tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce*
- 2 Tbsp Avocado oil* for frying
The trick with any stir fry is having everything ready because the actual cooking process is pretty fast
In a wok or frying pan, Heat avocado oil on med-high
Add garlic and stir for 5 seconds
Add zucchini, stir fry for a minute, stirring frequently
Then add sauce mixture
Quickly stir fry for several minutes then remove from heat.
If you want to use a soy sauce alternative, you could try coconut aminos
Oyster sauce contains sugar and gluten -- so this recipe is not gluten-free, however, the amount called for in this recipe contains less than 1.5g of net carbs
I suggest using avocado oil because it has a high heat tolerance. Avocado oil and coconut oil can be used a high heat. Olive oil should not be used for this recipe.
You can serve this alone (fewer servings) or with cauliflower rice.
